马上消费金融股份有限公司（简称“马上消费”）是一家经中国银保监会批准，持有消费金融牌照的科技驱动型金融机构。公司于2015年6月正式开业，于2016、2017、2018年分别完成三次增资扩股，注册资本金达40亿元。股东包括重庆百货大楼股份有限公司（600729.SH）、北京中关村科金技术有限公司、物美科技集团有限公司、重庆银行股份有限公司(01963.HK)、阳光财产保险股份有限公司、浙江中国小商品城集团股份有限公司(600415.SH)等。

作为科技驱动的金融机构，马上金融在全球范围内选拔金融、大数据和人工智能等领域高精尖人才，组建了千余人的技术团队、300余人的大数据风控团队， 先后成立了人工智能研究院、博士后科研工作站、智慧金融与大数据分析重点实验室等内部科研平台，还与中国科学院、重庆师范大学等科研院校共建国家级应用数学中心，开展横向课题研究，不断提升产学研协作能力。基于上述科研基础，公司自主研发了900余套涵盖消费金融全业务流程、全生命周期的核心技术系统，累计提交专利申请240余项，获得软著作权登记证书52项。

Mashang Consumer Finance Co.， Ltd. (MS) is a financial institution licensed by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, or CBIRC. The tech-driven company was founded in June 2015, and had completed three rounds of capital injections respectively in 2016, 2017 and 2018, with its total registered capitalization amounting to 4 billion RMB. Its shareholders include CBEST, ZKJ Technology, WUMART, Chongqing Bank, Sunshine Insurance, Zhejiang China Commodities City Group, and etc.

Carrying on the mission of “Make Life Easier”, MS always puts clients first and endeavors to boost financial inclusion by using cutting-edge technologies. It aims to become the most reliable financial service provider which is set to include clients from all social segments by offering them micro consumer loans. Two study subjects have been awarded the first prize by CBIRC on IT Risk Management in Banking Sector.
