Ocean Operation clerk/海运操作专员 职位描述：
? Check booking details for all necessary information, include shipper, consignee, POL, POD, Commodity, package, weight, size, shipping term, cargo ready day, cargo loading day……
? Check clearance documents for all necessary information ( but we don’t check if the data or information is correct or not), include company code, company registration number, each commodity’s Chinese name with HS code, unit price, all kinds of necessary original application sheets & license……
? Check for all loading plan / domestic details
? Check for all billing details, include company name / address / bank’s information…….
? Quote local charges to supplier
? Open the job in IGAIN system. Issue & send all HB/L ( draft + original) , original TAX invoice to suppliers
? Return tax-refund sheets back to supplier ( this can be done by finance people)
? Supervise & urge the payment from supplier ( this can be done by finance people).
Contact with overseas colleagues
? For shipping instruction, include shipping line ( or co-loader) / routing / service type…
? For documents instruction, include how to issue MB/L, HB/L, shipping pre-alert, shipping adviser, manifest, debit note (credit note)……issue and send all documents out to overseas / destination people timely.
? For billing instruction, like costs / selling / profit share
? Exchange all information from suppliers + service partners + IJS SHA
? Cooperate with finance people to supervise & urge the payment form overseas.
Contact with service partners
? Contact with procurement people for net cost.
? Contact with shipping line ( or co-loader) for price if operation cannot get the negative reply from procurement team.
? Contact with shipping line ( or co-loader) for shipping schedule / space / equipment / routing.
? Contact with booking agent for SO release
? Contact with container yard for equipment release
? Contact with trucking for pick up & delivery details, include different trucking type, costs, delivery time……
? Contact with CIQ / Customs broker for declaration issue & tax refund sheets issue.
? Check with terminal information on public network for cut off time & all kinds of recorder, include customs release information, terminal release information, shipping line release information or off- loading information.
? Check all payment lists with service partners.
? Contact with internal people for rear service, include TAX invoice issue, express courier service for all kinds of document delivery…….
? Contact with IJS SHA people for cargo transfer via shanghai or need any support from central china.
? Follow the instruction from management for any issue if necessary.
- Over than 5 years operation experience in same industrial company
- Have experience to handle over than 40 jobs per month independently
- Good command on English ( read, write, listen, speak), CET 4
- Good command on office soft tools.
- Good command on communication skill
- Have team work willingness and spirit.
- Can face the compression
- Can accept over- time working in peak time.
