Credit officer(上海总部，财务部)

Key Accountabilities

1. Track the whole collection process (incl. billing confirmation, invoicing, collection, and liquidation etc.)
2. Improve credit control procedures and deliver average debtor days for the year.
3. Push customers’ payment progress.
4. Ensure AR related accounting records is reconciled with actual situation and clearance of all accounts receivable.
5. Support cost verification in business application system

1. 负责跟进收款全过程（包括对账、开票、收款、清算等）
2. 完善信用控制程序，实现年度收款指标。
3. 定期对账，督促客户付款进度。
4. 确保应收账款相关会计记录与实际情况相符，清理相关会计科目。
5. 支持业务成本验证。


Person Specification

College degree or above
Min two years’ finance related working experience
Good English writing and speaking

大专及以上学历
两年以上财务相关工作经验
良好的英语能力
