职责:
1. 根据部门招聘需求,利用线上渠道以及社交媒体来挖掘潜在人才并安排面试;
2. 通过电话,视频以及线下面试初步预筛候选人,评估候选人的匹配度以及为合适的候选人安排进一步面试;
3. 与候选人保持积极的联系,保证面试流程的有序进行;
4. 积极配合各大国内,海外高校以及学生组织举办招聘活动,包括招聘会,校园宣讲以及现场直播;
5. 协助内部招聘团队日常行政需求,比如准备文件,协调日常行程。


职位要求:
1. 优秀的沟通能力,英文听说读写流利;
2. 每周工作4~5天为佳,至少一周2天,最低实习期为三个月,入职时间灵活;
3. 本科学历以上,人力资源/商务专业尤佳;
4. 能够熟练使用Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint),精通互联网搜索,熟练运用各大社交媒体(例如微信,领英,抖音,微博等);
5. 勇于进取,思想清晰,对人力资源管理充满热情。

Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide sourcing support on junior PRC (potential recruitment consultant) positions assigned, leverage online and social media channels to identify potential talent and arrange interviews.
2. Pre-screen PRC through telephone/video/face to face interviews; assess the suitability of the PRCs and shortlisted the PRCs to the next interview stage.
3. Maintain good networking with PRCs and ensuring continuous interaction with talent pipeline.
4. Coordinate with the universities both overseas and in China, work actively with any relevant student associations and facilitate all career fairs, campus talks and online webinars.
5. Support the Talent Acquisition teams daily admin needs such as preparing documents, organize itineraries.


Successful Applicants:
1. Superior communication skills, excellent English and Chinese skills.
2. Ideally to be on duty for 4~5 workdays a week, minimum can work 2 full days a week. Minimum intern period is 3 months and flexible with start date.
3. Currently an Undergraduate or postgraduate student, major in HR/Business is a plus.
4. Highly proficient and technically savvy, particularly with Excel; PPT, the use of internet searches, market research & mapping; excellent user of all social media channels (i.e. wechat; weibo; Tik Tok; LinkedIn etc.).
5. Self-starter, clear thinker and passionate for human resource management.
