Responsibilities:
1. Preparing documents and contracts for entry level staff’s onboard and off-board in a timely and accurate manner
2. Support recruitment on CV screening, F2F or online interview arrangement
3. Responsible for routine HR System maintenance
4. Monthly stationery order for back office and clubs
5. Air ticket and hotel booking upon staff or visitor’s requirements
6. Other tasks assigned by HR Team
Requirements:
1. University student in grade 3 with HR related major is preferred
2. Fluent in written and verbal English
3. Good communication skills, proactive and good team player
4. Capable of working 3 days each week
