Responsibilities:
1)Build up and maintain a strong candidate database by making candidate calls, interviews, and other necessary business activities in a specialized area;
2)Select and match candidate profiles by understanding both candidate’s and client’s requirements;
3)Collect and develop necessary insights in the market to make advice to both candidates and clients.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Sales oriented;
3) Has to be a people person;
4) Capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
5) Capable to take rejections well;
6) English language fluency.
