北京诺诚健华医药科技有限公司（以下简称“诺诚健华”）是一家处于临床阶段的生物医药公司，致力于发现、研发及商业化潜在Best-In-Class及 或First-In-Class的用于治疗癌症及自身免疫性疾病的药物。

诺诚健华具有强大的自主创新能力，拥有国内外多项发明专利和丰富的产品管线，适用于中国病人高发的淋巴瘤、肝癌、胆管癌等多种实体瘤以及类风湿关节炎和系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫类疾病。公司目前有11款候选药物，其中4个处于临床阶段，其中奥布替尼用于治疗复发难治CLL/SLL和复发难治MCL患者的新药上市申请（NDA）已被中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）药品评审中心（CDE）纳入优先审评。

诺诚健华由世界著名结构生物学家施一公教授和生物医药行业卓越的企业管理者崔霁松博士联合创立，现有员工近500人，其中科研人员上百名，核心研发人员来自世界500强企业如辉瑞、葛兰素史克、百时美施贵宝、默克、强生、拜耳等，并拥有多名国家级、省市级人才计划专家。诺诚健华总部位于北京中关村生命科学园，在南京、上海和广州分别设有研发中心、项目管理中心和生产基地，在美国新泽西和波士顿设有分支机构开展商务合作与临床试验管理。

2020年3月23日，诺诚健华正式在香港联交所挂牌上市(HK9969)。诺诚健华的愿景是成为世界级的创新药领军企业，引领中国创新药物研发进入新时代。
