1.Management Trainee :
?? Fast learning capability
?? Listening, logical thinking and analysis ability
?? Eager to take challenges and learn out of them
?? Passion to lead and drive changes
?? Willingness to rotate in different positions according to business demand
?? Engineering background is preferred(Mechanical, Electrical,? Electronics, Automation, etc...)
?? Bachelor’s degree is must (Master is plus)
2. Intern:

?? Main courses should include Analog/digital circuit basis, Signal and systems basis, Circuit analysis, etc.
?? In-depth knowledge of basic circuit analysis and component knowledge
?? Great interests in electronical design, strong learning ability, innovation mindset
