About the Role

We're seeking candidates based in Chengdu who are graduating in July 2026 for our Customer Success Representative role. We prioritize certain character traits:

As a Customer Success Representative, you will


• Own the onboarding process for new Chinese clients, ensuring a seamless and successful start to their journey with us.

• Serve as a strategic point of contact, delivering regular updates and insights that empower clients to command their campaigns.

• Monitor sales and usage metrics to surface patterns, risks, and opportunities — becoming a source of intelligence for both the team and our clients.

• Help refine internal processes and documentation to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery.

• Support partnership growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and contribute to revenue retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities


- Oversee customer account management, including preparing readership data spreadsheets and reports for clients

- Familiarize yourself with our product and admin dashboard

- Set up and maintain campaigns for clients

- Offload any other miscellaneous work required to keep sales productive

Minimum Requirements

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Fluent in English and native proficiency in Mandarin

- Western education/work background preferred

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Detail-oriented with organizational skills

- Willingness to take ownership
