财务总监秘书(可招实习生) 职位描述:

1. To maintain strict confidentially of all information and documents. Under no circumstances is such information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of the Director of Finance or Assistant Financial Controller.
2. To be able to handle skillfully office automation software such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. both in Chinese and English version.
3. To translate and interpret orally and written documents.
4. To receive dictation, compose, typing of letters, correspondences, contracts, memo, reports etc.
5. To handle incoming and outgoing mailings, faxes and correspondences.
6. To schedule and properly prepare all documents for Director of Finance’s approval.
7. To handle receive telephone calls, take messages and inform related persons in a consistently professional and courtesy manner.
8. To greet and handle guests, both internal and external.
9. To organize and attend meetings, including the preparation of agenda and minutes.
10. To keep records of all checks and bank remittance advices received by mails and pass to General Cashier or related accounting personnel.
11. To keep track and ensure the proper maintenance of all contracts, agreements, licenses, permits, insurance policies, legal records and all the other important documents.
12. To properly maintain and understand the Marriott Corporate Standards Operations Procedures Manual and the Local Standards Operations Procedures Manual.
13. To keep and update the attendance, leaves and personnel records of all accounting associates.
14. To schedule accounting associate and/or witness the counting of daily cash receipts collected by General Cashiers.
15. To assist in other Accounting duties when required.
16. Others
a. To respond to the changes in department functions as dictated by the industry, the company or the hotel.
b. To provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationships with all hotel associates.
c. To have a complete understanding of the hotel associate handbook and to adhere to the regulations contained therein.
d. To have a complete understanding of the hotel policies relating to fire, safety and hygiene.
e. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
