The Employee shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
员工应承担以下职责：

(1) Formulate and implement the rules and policies of VALIDA Company; implement the guidelines of voestalpine AG, of the Metal Engineering Division and of voestalpine Railway Systems for the employees, take necessary measures and implement relevant procedures to ensure that the above mentioned rules and regulations as well as the guidelines are legally binding for all employees in accordance with applicable legal requirements;
制定并执行奥利达公司的规章制度；遵守奥钢联集团和奥钢联铁路系统金属工程部的指引，采取必要措施并执行相关程序，以确保上述规章制度及指引对所有员工均具有法律约束力，符合适用的法律要求；
(2) Board documentation preparation for VALIDA and RSR (Railway Systems Ruzhou).
奥利达、三佳道岔公司董事会汇报的准备和会务筹备
(3) Coordination between Stakeholders, translation for the Shareholder and Director of Board (VALIDA and Sanjia), and meeting minutes preparation.
奥利达、三佳道岔公司股东、董事的沟通协调，准备会议纪要
(4) Assist the directors during visits in China or Europe
中外放股东交流出访的行程安排、口译等必要协助
(5) Registration of Director change at the Authority
董事人员变更的政府备案
(6) Other duties assigned by Chairman or CEO of VALIDA and RSR.
其他由奥利达董事长或奥钢联铁路系统三佳道岔总经理安排的工作。
(7) The employee should take responsibility of RSR’s export sales communication with vaRS corporate sales global offices to make technical and commercial offers.
负责奥钢联铁路系统三佳道岔的出口业务沟通，沟通对象为奥钢联铁路系统全球销售办公室。
Requirement：

(1) Preferred Engineering background with more than 1 year work experience.
理工科教育背景为佳，一年以上工作经验
(2) Fluent written and oral English, good communication skills.
