If you are a Talent Sourcer in China Recruiting team, you will be in charge of

• Providing intime sourcing support based on hiring needs. Source and recruit top talents in the local competitive market through strategic networking, social media and job boards.
• Building up diverse talent pipeline to well prepare for future hiring with agility by strategizing different ways
• Maintaining candidate database and engage proactively with both positive and passive potential candidates
• Promoting employer brand offline and online to attract both positive and passive candidates
• Participating in HR programs and execute creative, out of box ideas to build up better candidate experience

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for a candidate with:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Track record in people sourcing/ recruiting skills
• Fluent digital & non digital communication skills
• Passionate and creative, willing to work with a diversified team together
• Fluent oral and written Chinese and English skills
