Graphics & Visualization Specialist
About the Role:
As a Graphics & Visualization Specialist at Siemens Advanta, you will be a key contributor to our Beijing-based team, providing best-in-class business graphics and visualization services to empower Siemens Advanta’s visual communication and maximize value for customer engagements. You will be instrumental in elevating both our internal and external communications by designing high-quality, on-brand visuals that resonate with diverse stakeholders. This role demands a blend of creative flair, technical precision, exceptional client collaboration, and a forward-thinking approach to leveraging new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance design productivity, drive efficiency, and maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Production:
o Design and produce high-quality business graphics, including PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, infographics, templates, and styleguides.
o Ensure designs strictly adhere to corporate brand guidelines and quality standards.
o Translate complex data and information into clear and visually engaging graphics.
o Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Act as a trusted design partner, working with internal clients (e.g., senior leadership, marketing, project teams) to translate communication objectives into effective visual solutions.
o Open to feedback and iterate on designs to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining design integrity.
• Global & Multicultural Environment:
o Work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team and client base, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability to different cultural contexts and communication styles.
• Team & Vendor Coordination:
o Potentially responsible for dispatching design tasks to team members or external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
o Open to working with auto-dispatching systems and contributing to continuous process and workflow improvement.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Experience:
o 3+ years of professional experience in business graphics design, preferably within a large corporate environment, consulting firm, or agency serving corporate clients.
o Proven track record of designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations.
• Technical Skills:
o Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced animation, master slide creation, template design).
o Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
o Familiarity with data visualization tools and best practices.
o Proficiency in other relevant design software is a plus.
