技术&质量工程师(上海分公司，GSC)

MISSION
1. Achieve the goal of productivity (QVE, Localization), technical drawing and specification control, PMP support, PEP lead or support, quality trouble shooting. Cooperation with CE to lead the qualification of new parts or products in plant.


2. To ensure the conformity of the process and final products , assure to provide high quality level product and service to customers.

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Follow up the design
modification, technical launching notice and so on from DCC, control
the technical change which might have negative influence to product specification
and function


2. Take action to improve the process and product quality

3.?Support production by process quality issue trouble shooting4.?Analyze
RFC products and statistic to find root cause and implement the quality
improvement with related section


REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree majored in mechanical or electrical engineering or material etc.
2. Job Related Experience: 2~5 years working experience in quality management or technical department,?
3. Business Understanding: Basic Project management, plastic and metallic material know-how
4. Good English reading & writing, fluency speaking
5. Know well on the quality management tools: QC 7 tools, 8D, Gage R &R, PCP, FMEA etc.
6. Be good at quality management sysyte—ISO9001 knowledge
