中英低碳创业投资有限公司

中英低碳创业投资有限公司是由中国节能环保集团公司和英国碳信托国际有限公司于2010年3月共同发起设立的，专注于低碳、环保领域先进技术转移、投资和孵化的股权投资公司。注册资本金1000万英镑，办公地点位于中国节能总部大楼节能大厦A座11层(北京市海淀区西直门北大街42号)。
公司控股股东中国节能环保集团公司是国务院国资委直属的一级中央企业，也是中央企业中唯一一家主业为节能减排、环境保护的中央企业，是中国节能环保领域最具特色、最具竞争力的产业投资集团和集成服务运营商，是节能环保领域的旗舰企业。
中英低碳的新加坡股东--绿科投资公司是新加坡绿科控股集团旗下的全资子公司。绿科控股集团成立于1979年，以新加坡为基地的再生能源和综合环保方案提供商。集团的主营业务包括再生能源、资源回收和提供综合环保方案。
中英低碳的英国股东--英国碳信托公司是由英国政府出资组建的信托基金，以加速低碳经济进程为使命，帮助企业、组织减少碳排放，开发新型低碳技术。该公司曾率先开发了“碳足迹”标注体系，孵化和培育了一批优质先进的低碳环保技术。

China –UK Low Carbon Enterprise Co., Ltd (CULCE) is a foreign invested venture capital company by China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group (CECEP) and Carbon Trust International Ltd. It was found in March 2010 with a registered capital of GBP 10 million and focuses on low carbon technology transfer, project incubation and investment. The official working address is on the 11th floor, A Jieneng Mansion (No. 42 Xizhimen North Street, Haidian District, Beijing, China).
The majority shareholder CECEP is the only state-owned enterprise which is directly sponsored by the central government of China, specialized in energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental projection. CECEP has been the most distinctive and most competitive high-tech and service-orientated industrial group. It is the forefront of domestic peers in energy conservation and environmental protection.
The Singapore shareholder, ecoWise is a fully owned subsidiary company of ecoWise Holdings Ltd. It was founded in 1979 and is a Singapore based renewable energy and integrated environmental solutions provider, which is principally involved in three major businesses namely, resource recovery, renewable energy and provision of integrated environmental management solutions.
Carbon Trust, another founding shareholder of CULCE is a trust fund established by the UK government to help organizations reduce carbon emissions and develop new, low carbon technologies. Carbon Trust has pioneered the development of a "carbon footprint" labeling system and incubated a number of high-quality low-carbon technologies.
